Delivery and pickup

Pickup only

We do not ship. Every order is collected in person at a pickup location in [CITY], [PROVINCE], Canada, agreed with you in advance. Nothing is mailed or couriered, and there are no shipping charges.

Timing

We confirm each reservation within one business day. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. If an item is out of stock we will tell you right away and cancel the reservation at no cost.

What to bring

• Valid government photo ID showing you are 18 or older.
• The name and order details you reserved with.

Age restriction

Knives are sold only to customers who are 18 or older. We may refuse a sale if ID is not provided or if we believe the knife will not be used lawfully.
