What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number or Telegram handle, and order details, so we can confirm and complete your purchase. We check photo ID at pickup to confirm your age but we do not copy or store it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Moneris. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To confirm reservations, arrange pickup, process payments and refunds, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information and we share it only with the payment processor and as required by law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing eric@boxcutter.ca. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
