Returns and refunds

Inspect at pickup

You can inspect the knife before you complete your purchase. If it is not what you ordered or has a defect, we will replace it or cancel the sale.

14 day returns

You may return an unused, unsharpened knife in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of pickup for a full refund of the purchase price. Contact us first at eric@boxcutter.ca to arrange a return in person.

Defects

If a knife has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund you in full, at your choice, no matter how long ago you bought it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel a reservation any time before pickup for a full refund.
